Chili ginger dressing

50 g Dijon mustard
30 ml honey
1 red chilli, deseeded
10 g fresh ginger
15 ml lemon juice
100 grams of yoghurt
20 ml olive oil
5 g " Magna Frauensalz " from Cook & Grill
pepper from the grinder
20 g fresh chives

1. Finely chop the ginger and the chili pepper.
2. Put Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, yoghurt, Magna salt for women and some pepper in a tall container.
3. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender and add the ginger and chili pepper.
4. Gradually mix in the olive oil until you get a homogeneous dressing.
5. For refinement, finely chop the chives and stir in.
