We have tailored the COOK & GRILL SCHWEIN CLASSIC exactly to the structure and taste of the DUROC - after all, every meat tastes different! You can also use this great spice mixture for all other pig breeds. It is best to massage into the meat with a little good olive oil or mustard and then off to the grill, smoker or oven. The crust is guaranteed to be the highlight!
