Ingredients for Quinoa Patties:
- 250g quinoa
- 300 ml vegetable soup
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 pc. Small onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 20 cm leek
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Cook&Grill Veggie Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Breadcrumbs for rolling
Instructions for quino patties
- Wash the quinoa in hot water and drain through a sieve
- Bring the vegetable broth to the boil and add the quinoa - cover and simmer over a low heat for about 15 minutes and then let it swell for 10 minutes
- Halve the peppers and cut into small pieces
- peel and finely grate the carrots and finely chop the leek,
- Finely chop the chili and onion
- then fry the vegetables and quinoa in a pan with the oil.
- Remove from the heat and add freshly pressed garlic and parsley - season with veggie spices
- Add the eggs and breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir in and leave to stand for about 30 minutes
- Form into patties and roll in breadcrumbs
- Fry the patties in oil on both sides until crispy
