35 g Chicken Classic Spice Mix from COOKandGRILL
1 ORGANIC chicken (whole, approx. 1.4 kg)
3 pieces of speculoos
Crumble the speculoos and mix with the chicken spice mixture.
Coat the chicken (inside & outside) with the paste and massage into the skin.
Place the poultry rack over indirect heat and grill the chicken for about 75 minutes until the core temperature reaches 82°C.
Then let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes.
Carve and enjoy.
