30 g egg dish from COOKandGRILL
10 free range eggs
40 ml cream
40 grams of butter
200 g bacon cubes
150 grams of onions
20 g fresh chives
It's just like this: The very simple dishes are often particularly tasty and that's why they are so popular. Here's one of them: "Scrambled Eggs with Bacon and Onions" - with lots of fresh chives.
And this is how it is prepared: Break the eggs one by one and put them in a bowl, then use a fork to fold in the cream and the egg dish spice mixture. Dice the onion, cut the chives into fine rolls.
In a pan, let out the butter, fry the bacon cubes and the diced onions in it until translucent (please do not brown - just fry gently). Then add the egg mixture and let it set slowly over a mild, reduced heat.
