Ingredients:
- 800g chicken breast fillets
For the marinade:
- 2 teaspoons Xoi's Chili Sauce from Cook&Grill
- 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces
For the marinade:
- Mix all the "liquid" ingredients together - peel and finely chop the ginger and the garlic - then fold in.
- Soak the fillet pieces in the marinade for 30 minutes - then skewer them on skewers.
- Fry the skewers in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on all sides - add the marinade and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
- For chilli mayo: Mix Xoi's hot chili sauce with mayonnaise.
