500 grams of potatoes
500 g vegetables (seasonal)
1 liter of water
1 pinch of COOKandGRILL Szechuan pepper
2 tbsp COOKandGRILL soup seasoning
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs of parsley
Peel and finely chop the onions. Wash and peel the potatoes and then cut them into small cubes. Cut the remaining vegetables into the same size as well.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly sauté the onions. Then add the remaining vegetables and fry everything briefly.
Then deglaze with the water and add the soup spices, peppercorns and bay leaves.
Bring the soup to the boil once and then reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley and garnish the soup with it.
