Ingredients for 4 persons:
8 pieces of chicken drumsticks
40 g CHICKEN Classic from COOK&GRILL
100 ml BBQ Sauce “Xoi Original”
80 g beech/apple chips
Preheat the grill to about 160 degrees. Score the chicken thighs around the bone. Pull the skin and flesh into a lollipop. Free the bone from cartilage and tendons. Then pull back the skin slightly and generously season the meat with HUHN Classic.
Then pull the skin back over the meat.
Place the chicken leg in the indirect zone of the grill and add the soaked smoke chips to the embers.
Grill for approx. 60 minutes until a core temperature of 80 degrees has been reached.
Finally, brush with the “Xoi Original” sauce - leave to dry and serve.
