16 lamb chops
3 tbsp olive oil
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
juice of a lemon
1 tsp COOK & GRILL Szechuan pepper
1 tsp COOK & GRILL Magna women's salt
1 tsp COOK & GRILL BBQ Classic spice mix
2 freezer bags
Preparation:
Divide lamb chops into two freezer bags
Add garlic pieces, lemon juice, COOK & GRILL Szechuan pepper, COOK & GRILL BBQ Classic, chopped rosemary and olive oil
Seal the bags tightly and shake to distribute the marinade throughout
Leave to marinate for one hour to one night
Remove the chops from the bags and pat dry with paper towels. The marinade should already have penetrated the meat and not drip into the grill
Grill on direct flame for a few minutes per side
Season with the COOK & GRILL Magna salt for women and then serve
